FAQs
Can I bring a plus one to the wedding?
Your invitation will specify the number of guests included. If you’re unsure or have any questions, feel free to reach out to us—we’d be happy to clarify!
Can I bring my kids?
We absolutely adore your kids, but due to space and budget limitations, we kindly ask that only the individuals named on the invitation join us. The venue has limited capacity, and the event will be adults-only, with the exception of immediate family. Thank you so much for understanding!
What should I wear?
The dress code is formal attire. Think elevated and sophisticated, with room to showcase your unique style. Men can opt for suits or dressy jackets, while women will shine in cocktail dresses or formal jumpsuits. Feel free to add a personal touch or a bit of flair to match the festive vibe!
Will the event be outside?
Yes, part of the celebration will take place outdoors. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, but we’ll move indoors for dinner and dancing before dark. San Francisco weather in May can be unpredictable, so we recommend bringing a warm layer just in case it gets chilly.
Should we bring a gift?
Your presence means the world to us and is truly the only gift we ask for! However, if you’d still like to contribute, we’ve created a registry to help support our home renovations and travel plans. You can find it here: Esther & George’s Registry.
While physical gifts are generous and thoughtful, our new home doesn’t have space for additional items. We kindly ask that no gifts be brought to the wedding.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is plenty of parking available at Travis Marina. If you find you’ve had one too many drinks, you’re welcome to leave your car parked overnight and arrange alternative transportation home. Just be sure to pick up your car the next day.
